Sizing

For sizing please refer to the size charts listed with each individual product. 

Shipping

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from New York City. Exceptions (such as pre-orders) will be noted on each product page. Please email melke@melkenyc.com if you need your item sent by a certain date, and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive an automatic email when your order ships!

USA Shipping

We offer US shipping via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. 

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally using DHL or UPS International.

International customers are responsible for paying any import duties.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. We do not refund for packages lost or held in transit.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other shipping-related issue, please email us with your order number in the subject line to arrange a re-shipment. The customer is responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any added customs fees.

Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations

We do not offer returns at this time. 

For domestic orders, we accept returns for store credit initiated within 7 days of order delivery. Please email melke@melkenyc.com with your order number and exchange request to arrange an exchange.  The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related import fees/taxes. All exchanges are final.

For international clients, no exchanges or returns are available at this time.  

Merchandise submitted for exchange/store credit must be in its unworn, original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements for exchange. 

After 7 days of the shipment delivery date, all sales are final and we are not able to modify orders under any circumstances. 

Pre-Order and Made to Order

100% deposit is required to reserve your pre-order and to start on made to order garments. Shipping timelines are noted on each product page, and may be subject to change. We will ship upon availability. Once shipped, pre-ordered styles are subject to the same return/exchange policy as outlined above.

Please note that all pre-orders are subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.

For made to order follow the process outlined below:

  1. SELECT YOUR SIZE. Look over the sizing chart included on each product page. Find your size according to your measurements, or drop us a line at info@melkenyc.com and let us help you find your perfect fit.

  2. PLACE YOUR ORDER. Enter your payment information, shipping address, and get excited. Please allow 4-6 weeks after your order is placed for production and 5-7 days after the item’s production for it to be shipped.

  3. MAGIC IN THE MAKING. Our NY based factory and studio gets working on your piece made for you.

  4. SHIPPING ALERT. We’ll let you know when your order has been received, and you’ll receive another email when your order has shipped! 

  5. TRACKING AVAILABLE. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to you via FedEx 48 hours after the order has shipped. Click on the tracking number in your email to track your order’s whereabouts.

  6. ORDER DELIVERED. It’s time to fall in love and it’s totally worth the wait.
